Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 17, 2026

Welcome to Hargmy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Hargmy mobile application (“Hargmy”, “the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use our creative tools for text-to-image, image-to-image, and image-to-video experiences. We designed Hargmy to be lightweight and focused on on-device creativity. We do not collect facial information. Please read this document carefully so you understand our practices.

1. Our Commitment

Hargmy is built for people who want to explore AI-assisted visual creation. We believe creative tools should respect personal boundaries. We do not collect facial information. We do not use facial recognition, facial templates, biometric face maps, or similar facial identifiers. Any photo you choose to upload for image-to-image or image-to-video is used only to generate creative results you request, and we do not collect facial information from that photo.

2. Information Processed During Creation

When you create content in Hargmy, you may provide:

These inputs are used to fulfill your generation request. We do not collect facial information. If a source image includes a person, that image is processed only as creative input for the model request you initiate. We do not collect facial information, and we do not build identity profiles from faces that may appear in your media.

3. Local Storage on Your Device

Hargmy stores generated images, videos, and related metadata (such as prompts, timestamps, and generation status) in the App’s private storage on your device so you can browse your Records and reopen details later. Cover thumbnails for video tasks may also be saved locally. This local history stays on your device unless you delete it or uninstall the App. We do not collect facial information as part of local history. Clearing app data or deleting individual works removes those local files from the App storage.

4. Network Processing for Generation

To produce AI images and videos, Hargmy sends generation requests to cloud model services that perform the actual synthesis. Request payloads may include your prompt text and, for image-based modes, an encoded copy of the source image you selected. Responses may include generated image data or a video task identifier used to retrieve finished media. We do not collect facial information. Network processing exists solely to complete AI creation; it is not used to identify people or to build facial databases. We do not collect facial information before, during, or after generation.

5. What We Do Not Collect

To keep Hargmy focused and respectful, we do not collect facial information. We also do not intentionally collect precise device location for advertising, contact lists, microphone audio for profiling, or browsing history outside the App. We do not collect facial information for analytics dashboards. The App does not require you to create a profile to browse inspiration examples or open settings pages.

6. Permissions

Depending on how you use Hargmy, the operating system may ask for permissions such as Internet access (required for generation), camera access (only if you choose to capture a new source photo), and storage write access on older Android versions (only if you choose to save a finished work to your gallery). Granting camera access does not mean we collect facial information. Camera and gallery access are used only when you explicitly pick or capture media for AI creation. We do not collect facial information through these permissions.

7. Downloads, Sharing, and Device Features

If you download a finished work, Hargmy writes a copy into your system gallery using standard platform media APIs. If you share a work, the App opens the system share sheet so you can choose a destination app. We do not collect facial information when you download or share. Any destination you pick is controlled by you and by that destination app’s own practices.

8. Inspiration Content and On-Device Preferences

Inspiration cards shown on the home screen are bundled creative examples. Selecting an inspiration typically pre-fills a prompt and ratio in the creation screen so you can continue editing. Preferences such as remaining creative balance indicators may be stored locally on your device. We do not collect facial information in connection with inspiration browsing or local preferences.

9. Children’s Privacy

Hargmy is intended for a general audience seeking creative tools. We do not knowingly collect facial information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal media in a manner inconsistent with a guardian’s wishes, use the in-app report flow on a work detail page and remove local works from Records as needed. We do not collect facial information as part of reviewing a report submission either; reports are handled as content feedback.

10. Security Practices

We apply practical safeguards appropriate for a lightweight creative App, including private app storage for generated files and encrypted transport (HTTPS) for generation requests. No method of electronic storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so please keep your device locked and updated. We do not collect facial information, and we do not retain facial templates that could be compromised.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product improvements or clearer wording. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Hargmy after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy. Across every update, our core promise remains: we do not collect facial information.

12. Summary

Hargmy helps you create images and short videos with AI. Your prompts and optional source images are used for generation. Finished works are kept on your device for your Records. We do not collect facial information. We do not use face recognition. We do not sell facial data. Creative media you provide is for AI creation only. Thank you for trusting Hargmy with your creative process.
